Terms & Conditions
At Aaji & Aai Collective, every product is lovingly handcrafted by mothers and grandmothers using premium-quality wool. As each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, size, and finish are natural and make every creation unique. Orders are processed after payment confirmation and are usually shipped within 4–5 working days. All sales are final; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our policies.
